Patty was a God send. She showed us homes in the area until we found the one that best fit our family. If you are like me and you were concerned about choosing the right agent, worry not. Patty is great. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and truly works to get the best for you. All we had to do was sign. She is a woman of integrity and really has your best interest at heart. My husband and I were relocating up north and, given the market conditions, it was very important to find the right agent to sell our home. I was driving down the road on a Tuesday afternoon and I saw a RE/MAX Open House sign on the corner and I followed the signs. I was so impressed with the Realtor’s presentation. The color home brochure, the food and the activity that surrounded the home on that Tuesday afternoon were spectacular. I thought this is what I need to sell my home. As a first time homebuyer, Patty was a great agent from start to finish. She walked me through the process, offered me advice from her many years as an agent, and made me feel confident in the whole process. She fought for me on certain issues I had with the seller to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Her recommended lender, closing attorney, and inspector were great as well! She felt like family and I trusted her to make sure everything was thought of and done properly (since I really didn't know what I was doing). I would highly recommend using Patty as your agent in the future!
